Tri State Certified LLC was originated in 2001 by our senior inspector Michael R. Tracy. Since January of 2002, Mike has successfully built the business and has completed over three hundred home inspections per year. Mike serves the Siouxland area as well as the surrounding communities within 45 minutes of Siouxland.

Mike has over twenty years of residential construction, remodeling and residential rehabilitation experience. He is a past president of Siouxland Habitat for Humanity which successfully built nine homes in the Siouxland area for families who would not have has the chance at the American Dream of home ownership.

Mike is a graduate of The American Home Inspectors Training Institute, Ltd., one of the nations leading schools for home inspectors. He is licensed to complete radon gas testing and is a Certified Mold Tester with Environmental Solutions Association (ESA). Mike is also certified by the Heat Exchanger Experts out of Fort Collins Colorado.

Today, Mike is a proud CRI (Certified Real Estate Inspector) member of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc.) and is the Secretary for the Nebraska Chapter of The National Association of Home Inspectors. As a CRI member of NAHI, he is required to completer 16 hours of continuing education in a classroom setting, and must submit three reports annually to NAHI for review to ensure adherence to the strict standards that NAHI establishes for its members.
