Tri State Certified LLC is a professional inspection company located
in Sioux City, Iowa. We specialize in residential and commercial building
inspections, Radon Gas testing using Continuous Radon Monitors, heat
exchanger inspections and mold testing.
Tri State Certified LLC was originated in 2001 by our senior inspector
Michael R. Tracy. Since January of 2002, Mike has successfully built
the business and completes over three hundred home inspections per
year. Mike serves the Siouxland area as well as the surrounding
communities within 45 minutes of Siouxland.
Mike has well over twenty years of residential construction, remodeling
and residential rehabilitation experience. He is the past president
of Siouxland Habitat for Humanity which successfully built nine
homes in the Siouxland area for families who would not have has
the chance at the American Dream of home ownership.
Mike is a graduate of The American Home Inspectors Training Institute,
Ltd., one of the nations leading schools for home inspectors. He is
licensed to complete radon gas testing and is a Certified Mold Tester
with Environmental Solutions Association (ESA). Mike is also certified
by the Heat Exchanger Experts out of Fort Collins Colorado.
Today, Mike is a proud member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).
Mike will perform a visual inspection using the latest technology available
to ensure you an accurate and professional home inspection report.
Your inspection report will bring forth any current or potential defects
found on the property.
He will explain all the defects in layman's terms and provide possible
remedies.
